Why work with Musubi Fitness?
The internet is full of all sorts of advice and workout plans, but they may not be suitable for your situation or even be backed up by any sort of scientific process.
I help by bringing rigor to the process and cutting through the noise.
Who I can help
- Individuals over 40 who know they should improve their general physical fitness practice but don’t know where to start.
- Busy individuals over 40 who have some physical fitness practice, but it’s a hodge-podge and isn’t structured enough to get to their goals.
- Individuals over 40 who want to stack the odds that they are able to physically do what they want when they are 90.
Why me?
I was a consultant working a desk job for almost 20 years. I’m also a father of two girls. I know how challenging it is to stay fit and healthy in the modern world.
I was not an athlete at all during my youth, so you’re dealing with an normal human being, not a professional athlete. Just because it works for professionals doesn’t mean it will work for the average person.
Why a personal trainer?
Sure, you can do all the fitness programming for yourself, but is that the best use of your time? Sometimes the best and easiest way to improve is just to do what someone else tells you to do. A third party also helps to identify gaps in your programming.
That was what happened to me. I didn’t start getting really strong and fit until I found a coach that did all my fitness programming. All I had to do was show up and do the work.
