After 20 years behind a desk as a forensic accountant, Marshal Wong turned his consulting skills and ability to draw connections to personal training. He works with clients to connect with their goals, their bodies, and their environment through movement. As a non-athlete, he brings a beginner’s mindset to all his coaching interactions, helping his clients move better with more resilience. He loves training handstands, Olympic weightlifting and with kettlebells and sandbags. Marshal is a certified GMB Trainer.
